Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Shipping

Deliveries: We ship all orders via Fraktjakt, which collaborates with carriers such as PostNord, Schenker and DHL.
Delivery areas: We deliver within Sweden (for international orders, contact us first).
Delivery time:
- Basic products (skulls, T-shirts): normally shipped within 1–3 working days.
- Limited editions and unique artwork: shipped within 5–7 working days, as each copy is completed by hand.
Shipping cost: The current shipping cost is displayed in the checkout before you complete the purchase. Free shipping may be offered during campaigns.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Right of withdrawal: As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act, calculated from the day you received the goods.
Conditions: The product must be in an unchanged condition and sent back in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Exceptions:
- Specially ordered or unique 1/1 products are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
- Used clothing cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
How to return:
- A. Contact us at info@kyrkbrand.se with your order number.
- B. We will send instructions and a return address.
- C. Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

If an item is defective or incorrect according to the Consumer Purchase Act, contact us at info@kyrkbrand.se and we will help you.
If a complaint is approved, Kyrkbrand is responsible for the return shipping and a replacement or new item will be sent out.
